On May 24^th, the concert of “Dalga” ashiq group led by Chingiz Mehdipur was held at the Heydar Aliyev Palace. Azerbaijani ashiqs, Nabi Nagiyev and Ali Zeynalabdinov, singers - Ayshan Mehdiyeva andMahsati Jabbarova (Azafli), a vocal teacher of Khazar University, the soloist of Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall named after Muslim Magomayev as well as a master student of Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory also participated in the concert of the group arrived from Tabriz.

Mahsati Jabbarova performed “Lachini Koroglu” and “Bayrami” ashiq tunes during the concert. For the first time in the Art of Azerbaijani Ashiq, she presented “Bayrami” ashiq tune to the audience in the style of academic play performance.

The concert was welcomed with multiple standing ovation.
