On 27th of May, 2017, the interuniversity final stage of an intellectual “Knotty Game” dedicated to “May 28th- Republic Day” took place in Marble Hall of Khazar University. Khazar University teams along with the students of Baku State University, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, ADA University, Baku Engineering University, Baku Higher Oil School, Baku Business University, Azerbaijan State Economic University, Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University competed in the event implemented within the cooperation of İB Club Youth Centre, LIB- language courses and Khazar University Student Union.

The aforementioned game was held in various universities and accordingly, some teams from each university were qualified for the final. 

The three stage Knotty Game includes the first - ‘outlook’, the second - ‘rationale’, and the final - ‘risk is yours’ stages.

20 teams were involved in the game and teams which won the first three places were awarded by IB Club Youth Centre and LIB language courses.
