Khazar University Instructor Awarded Title of Professor

On February 10, 2017, the title of professor was awarded to Dr. Khatira Bashirli, instructor of Khazar University Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
