Full papers submitted to the conference will be considered for publication in the Khazar Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences and must follow the journal’s requirements.

General Requirements

• Papers must be original and not published elsewhere
  • Length: 6000–10000 words (maximum 25 pages)
  • Language: English
  • Writing should be clear and academic

Structure

The paper should include:
• Title
• Abstract (maximum one page)
• Keywords (4–5 words)
• Main text
• Conclusion
• References

Formatting

• Format: MS Word
  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Page numbers required
  • No paragraph indentation
  • Use endnotes only (no footnotes)

Referencing

• Harvard referencing system must be used
  • References should be listed alphabetically

Author Information

• Author name, affiliation, and short bio must be submitted in a separate file
  • The main manuscript must be anonymous (for double-blind review)

Review Process

• All papers will undergo double-blind peer review
  • Plagiarism screening will be conducted
  • The review process may take several months
