According to the news, Rovshan Abbasov, Doctor of Philosophy in Geography, Head of the Department of Geography and the Environment at Khazar University, shared his views on the migration of rural communities to the city.

The head of Khazar University's Center for Migration Studies, Doctor of Philosophy in Economics, Jeyhun Mammadli, gave a scientific analysis of the relationship between economic diversification and migration.
