On June 28, 2019, employees of Khazar University participated in the Regional Conference and Training within the framework of the PAWER project in Tbilisi, at the Ilia State University in Georgia.
One of the participants of the PAWER (Interregional mobility and ensuring relevance, quality and equity of access) project co-ordinated by L'Aquila University (Italy) is Khazar University. The project aims to promote and support mobility between the EU and partner countries by adapting the credit allocation and evaluation system.
The Conference was attended by the representatives of Khazar University, Baku Engineering University (Azerbaijan), Middlesex University (UK), Ilia State University, Batumi State University named after Shota Rustaveli and Akaki Tsereteli State University (Georgia), and representatives from Georgian National Erasmus+ Office. Khazar University was represented by Ulkar Bayramova, Teacher of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Khazar University and Tural Huseynli, Project Manager at the Development Center.
Representatives of partner universities delivered reports on the works implemented within the framework of the project and preparation of inter-university documents for student exchange program fulfilment, calculation of acquired credits, etc.
Demo training of the website was held on the selection of subjects and the calculation of credits during student exchange, prepared by the Middlesex University representatives for the Conference participants, as well as for the accession of the project partner universities.
At the end of the training participants were given certificates.
