Khazar University International Affairs Office staff member Incha Aliyeva participated in Kozminki University Staff Training Week within the dates of 13-17 May, 2019 in Warsaw, Poland. In total, there were 35 staff members from 29 partner universities of Kozminski University across the world.
During the week session various topics concerning academic and administrative staff were discussed. Firstly, as a host university Kozminski University shared its priority directions –Globalization and Digitalization. These two directions were the major focus area throughout the training. The joined partner universities shared their perspectives on given directions and discussed the ways how to strengthen further capacity for long term cooperation.
The host university shared its experience with the attendees on digitalization of the education system by creating platforms like E-services, Virtual university, E-learning. One of the achievements of Kozminski University shared with the training participants was the digitalization of examination system: the whole online examination process, which is supported by Norwegian tech company –Inspera, conducted digitally among students.
Ultimately, the Staff Training Week was fruitful for the future cooperation.
