Representatives of University of Sopron at Khazar

A meeting with a delegation from Hungary's University of Sopron was held at Khazar University on October 9, 2026.

The University of Sopron was represented at the meeting by Professor Dr. Balint Heil, Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, and Dr. Marton Beke, Development Advisor. Khazar University was represented by Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of the university, relevant deanery and department staff, and representatives of the International Relations Department.

Views were exchanged on possible areas of cooperation between the two universities, joint educational initiatives, and the development of academic ties. In particular, prospects for establishing dual diploma programs, expanding joint educational opportunities, and strengthening institutional cooperation between the universities were discussed.

The meeting was significant for promoting mutual exchange of experience between the universities, establishing new academic partnerships, and expanding international educational ties.
