Khazar University at International Networking Event

The European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan held the "Study in Europe" exhibition in Baku on October 9, 2026.

The event was attended by ambassadors and diplomats of EU member states, representatives of European universities, Dr. Razia Isaeva, Rector of Khazar University; Zemfira Mammadova, the Rector's Advisor on International Relations; and Seyran Aliyeva, Coordinator of the International Relations Office.

The program included welcoming speeches, presentations by diplomatic representatives, and networking meetings among participants.

The main goal was to expand relations between European universities and Azerbaijani higher education institutions, exchange experience, and discuss potential areas of cooperation.

During the event, views were exchanged on expanding ties with European universities, discussing new partnership opportunities, and developing international cooperation.

Up to 60 universities and national education agencies from 16 European countries took part in the "Study in Europe" exhibition, held on October 10–11, 2026.
