Ilaha Chiragova, a lecturer at Khazar University's Department of Political Science and Philosophy, participated in the International Annual Scientific Conference "The Baltic States and Regional Security in the Transatlantic Context," held on March 18–19, 2026. The conference was organized by the General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania.

Ilaha Chiragova presented a paper at the conference titled "Understanding Armenia's Territorial Defence System through the Concept of Strategic Culture."

It should be noted that the conference was dedicated to topical issues such as the regional security of the Baltic states within the transatlantic space, military-strategic approaches, and international relations.
