Khazar University lecturer Shafiga Yusupova paid an academic visit to Bartın University in Türkiye from May 4–8, 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme.

During the visit, carried out under the Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility programme, Shafiga Yusupova addressed students on the establishment of both academic and cultural ties.

In the course of meetings and seminars held within the programme, Shafiga Yusupova shared her knowledge in the history of graphic arts, combining it with Azerbaijan's rich cultural heritage. Practical sessions were conducted on traditional Azerbaijani ornamentation, national motifs, and artistic concepts.

As part of the visit, students had the opportunity to gain closer insight into Azerbaijani culture and fine arts. The discussions and practical activities were met with keen interest by participants.

This academic visit serves to further strengthen Khazar University's ties with universities in Türkiye within the framework of the university's strategy for international cooperation and internationalisation.
