Dear Professor Hamlet Isakhanli,

On behalf of the faculty and student body of Karabakh University, I sincerely congratulate you and the team you lead on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the founding of Khazar University, one of Azerbaijan's leading higher education institutions.

This remarkable anniversary can be regarded not only as an important milestone in the history of a single educational institution, but also as a significant outcome of the work done toward shaping and developing a modern, internationally standardized higher education model in Azerbaijan. Khazar University, which you founded in 1991, has over the years established a unique position in the country's academic and scientific community, playing an important role in training highly qualified, modern-thinking professionals in engineering, applied sciences, economics, business administration, humanities and social sciences, international relations, education, and other fields.

Over the years of its operation, the university has achieved remarkable accomplishments in the areas of education, science, and international cooperation. Thousands of students across various disciplines have received their education at this institution, and hundreds of graduates have gone on to work successfully in government agencies, the private sector, and international organizations, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country.

Khazar University is recognized as one of the leading higher education institutions in Azerbaijan in implementing and developing an English-language education model. The university has established cooperative relations with universities in many countries around the world and actively participates in student and faculty exchange programs, successfully carrying out integration into the international academic community. With its modern teaching infrastructure, strong faculty, and innovative and socially responsible approach to education, Khazar University holds a special place in the country's higher education system.
