Dear Ms. Razia,

On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the founding of "Khazar" University, I sincerely and wholeheartedly congratulate you, the entire faculty and teaching staff, employees, students, and graduates of the university.

"Khazar" University has made significant contributions to the development of higher education in our country over the past 35 years, to the formation of modern scientific thinking, the training of highly qualified personnel, and the expansion of international academic cooperation. The achievements of the university, the role it has played in the formation of the scientific and intellectual environment, and its innovative approaches in education have further increased its prestige.
