On May 6, 2025, and June 11, 2025, Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, published two articles titled "Istanbul" and "Baku" respectively on Fuyuzat.az.

In the first article, Valiyev emphasizes the historical, cultural, and spiritual significance of Istanbul for the Turkish and Muslim world. The city is described as a place where the spirit of struggle, intellectual revival, and a return to the roots of the Turkic-Muslim peoples are reflected.

In the second article, the author connects Baku’s changing urban face with his personal observations and social realities, attempting to build a bridge between the city’s past and its future.
