Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, gave a speech on Yeni TV on May 21, 2025, on the topic of “OTS (Organization of Turkic States) Facing Geostrategic Challenges.” In his speech, Assoc. Prof. Valiyev shared his views on the place and role of the organization in the new world order, and emphasized the importance of the OTS in Azerbaijan’s foreign policy and our country’s contribution to the development of relations.
