By the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 2, 2025, Sayyara Alakbar qizi Guliyeva, a lecturer of the Department of English Language and Literature at Khazar University, was awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philology for her dissertation titled “Situational-Communicative Aspects of the Structure of English Texts” in the specialty of 5708.01 – Germanic Languages. She has been presented with the PhD diploma.
