Special edition of analytical program featuring Assoc. Prof. Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the Department of History and Archaeology, broadcast on Azerbaijan State Television

On March 17, 2025, a new analytical edition of the "Hadaf" (Target) program was broadcast on Azerbaijan State Television, featuring Assoc. Prof. Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the Department of History and Archaeology at Khazar University. The broadcast extensively analyzed the historical context of the Armenian question in the Caucasus, and the reasons behind Armenia's contradictory policy regarding peace negotiations following the 44-day Patriotic War.
