Associate Professor Aynur Gazanfargizi, coordinator of Khazar University's Institute of Cultural Anthropology and Folklore, made a guest appearance on the "Gozalsan" program broadcast on AZTV's Culture channel on March 4, 2025.

The program's theme centered on "Novruz Festival: Fire Tuesday." During her discourse, Gazanfargizi emphasized that the Novruz celebration bears no religious connotations and that its ancient beliefs have no connection to Zoroastrianism. Delving into the folkloric roots of Novruz, she elucidated the symbolic significance of Fire Tuesday in both nature and human existence.

The academic underscored that the Novruz festival constitutes an indispensable component of Azerbaijani cultural heritage and traditions, asserting that its fundamental values must be transmitted intergenerationally to preserve this cultural cornerstone for posterity.
