On February 20, 2025, Aytaj Misgarli, Deputy Director of Khazar University's Library Information Center, participated in a scientific-practical seminar on "Academic Library Collections in Our Cultural Heritage" organized by the Library Information Center of Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ADMIU).

Library directors and staff from numerous higher education institutions in Baku and the regions were invited to the event.

The seminar discussed the activities of university libraries in the modern era, the role of academic libraries in preserving national cultural heritage, rare publications as treasures of cultural heritage, and other related topics.
