On February 19, 2025, Khazar University hosted a delegation from Kirsehir Ahi Evran University.

The reception was attended by Prof. Muhammad Nuriyev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs at Khazar University, Alovsat Amirbayli, Director of Public Relations and Media, Fatima Valiyeva, Head of International Relations Department, and Seyran Aliyeva, Coordinator.

The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasim Karahocagil, Rector of Kirsehir Ahi Evran University, Prof. Dr. Huseyin Simsek, Vice-Rector, Prof. Dr. Selahattin Cinar, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and Yusuf Islam Surucu, Coordinator of International Relations Department. During the meeting, strengthening partnership and relations between Kirsehir Ahi Evran University and Khazar University was discussed, and ideas were exchanged regarding next steps.

At the end of the meeting, gifts were presented, a campus tour was organized, and commemorative photos were taken.
