Professor Bilandar Allahverdiyev of Khazar University's Mathematics Department has published an article titled "Some spectral problems of dissipative q-Sturm-Liouville operators in limit-point case for q > 1" in the "Filomat" journal (2024, Volume 38, No. 22). Professor Allahverdiyev is the lead author of this scholarly publication. It is worth noting that the "Filomat" journal is indexed in both "Web of Science" and "Scopus" databases.

The main purpose of this study is to investigate dissipative singular q-Sturm-Liouville operators in a suitable Hilbert space and to examine the extensions of a minimal symmetric operator in limit-point case. We present a theorem about the completeness of the system of eigenfunctions and associated functions of the dissipative q-Sturm-Liouville operator.
