Associate Professor Dr. Telman Nusratoglu, Head of the History and Archaeology Department at Khazar University, has begun his position as a regular analyst for special history and strategy-focused episodes of the "Hedef" program in collaboration with state television AZTV. The first of these weekly Friday programs aired on January 24, 2025.

The program featured a comprehensive analysis of the Zangazur issue, including its historical, cultural, and geopolitical aspects, utilizing important archival documents and statistical graphs from Ottoman, Russian, and Azerbaijani archives for the first time.
