An article titled "Borden Parker Bowne and American Personalism" by Ruslan Khalilov, lecturer of Khazar University's Department of Political Science and Philosophy has been published in “Cultural Almanac” (Культурологічний альманах) journal (Volume 4, Issue 12, 2024).

It should be noted that "Cultural Almanac" is a peer-reviewed publication that publishes articles by Ukrainian and foreign scholars devoted to current problems of philosophy, religion, history, cultural studies, and archaeology.
