On December 16, 2024, a preliminary defense of the dissertation "The Communicative Nature of Human Being" by Parvin Karimova, a doctoral student at Khazar University's Department of Political Science and Philosophy, took place. The doctoral student provided detailed explanations about the relevance of the topic, objectives, and research findings.

Prof. Orkhan Valiyev (Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy), reviewer Dr. Gunduz Suleymanov (Senior Researcher, Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences), and committee members Dr. Guluzade Pasha (Vice Dean of the Faculty of History and Geography, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University), Assoc. Prof. Matlab Mahmudov (Leading Researcher, Department of Modern Philosophy Problems, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences), Assoc. Prof. Zeynaddin Shabanov (Leading Researcher, Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences), Prof. Akif Abbasov (Scientific Secretary of the Education Institute of the Republic of Azerbaijan), secretary Aydan Raufgizi, Gunel Bahaddinova (Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology), Aygun Verdiyeva (Acting Dean of the School of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences), department faculty members, and dean's office staff.

After discussions about the topic, the work received a positive evaluation and was approved to proceed to the next stage.
