A foreign doctoral student from Khazar University's Graduate School of Science, Art and Technology and Technology and Department of Computer Science, Mohammad Ali Mofleh Al-Qudah, has been awarded a PhD in Technical Sciences by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that doctoral student Mohammad Ali Mofleh Al-Qudah defended his dissertation titled "Application of Artificial Intelligence Technologies for Citizen Services in E-Government" on May 3, 2024, at the Dissertation Council (ED 1.20 registration number) operating under the Institute of Control Systems of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.
