On November 27-28, 2024, a training on "Research Methods" was conducted within the framework of the "Developing Research Capacity through Institutional Repository Network in Azerbaijan" (DIRNA) project, which is coordinated by Khazar University and financed by the European Commission.

24 participants from 8 higher education institutions in Azerbaijan attended the training.

The first day of the training, organized at Khazar University, was led by Dr. Raziya Isayeva, Dean of the School of Economics and Management. She provided information about research design, ethical principles in research, and literature review.

On the second day, Associate Professor Javid Ojagi from the Department of Life Sciences gave information on topics including "Qualitative Research", "Scientific Method" (with examples), "Experimental Designs", and "How We Test Hypotheses in Science".
