On November 27, 2024, Nurlan Nasirov, a lecturer from the Department of History and Archaeology at Khazar University, conducted a seminar for students about Shusha being declared the cultural capital of the Islamic world for 2024. The lecturer provided students with detailed information about the works carried out in Shusha since its liberation from occupation and the measures related to its transformation into the cultural capital of the Islamic world.
At the end of the seminar, discussions were held with the students.
