On October 19, 2024, Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, head of the History and Archaeology Department at Khazar University, conducted a seminar on "The Importance of Security Cooperation Among Turkic States in the Period of Climate Crises and Disorder" organized by the Baku Talented Youth Academy operating under the Youth Support Fund. Students from various universities in Azerbaijan participated in the seminar.
At the end of the event, Telman Nusratoglu was awarded by the fund management for his work in educating young people, and he was presented with a commemorative gift - a wooden engraving of Piri Reis's 500-year-old Caspian Sea map.
