On September 25, 2024, on the occasion of the European Day of Languages, Dr. Elvin Abbasbeyli, translation instructor at Khazar University's Department of English Language and Literature and coordinator of the university's Center of Translation and Interpretation, gave an interview to the "Good Morning, Azerbaijan!" program on “Ictimai” Television (ITV). During the interview, he answered the hosts' numerous questions about the professions of translator and interpreter, whether artificial intelligence poses a threat to the future of the translation profession, and other questions about foreign languages.
