Advisor to the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nijat Mammadli at Khazar University

On September 16, 2024, Nijat Mammadli, adviser to the Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, delivered the inaugural lecture titled "How Political Science Shaped Policy Decisions" at Khazar University.

Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy of Khazar University, lecturers, doctoral students and students of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy took part in the lecture.

Nijat Mammadli was the first to extend a warm welcome to the students and convey his best wishes for their success in university life. The inaugural lecture covered the impact of political scientific research and theories of political thinkers on policy. After the presentation, students' questions were answered.
