“Yelo Bank” OJSC Appoints New Director to IT Operations Department

According to Banker.az, Rafiq Yolchuyev has been appointed to this position.

Rafiq Yolchuyev worked as Deputy IT Director at “Xalq Bank” from 2008 to 2018 and as IT Director at “Premium Bank” from 2018 to 2022.

Since December 2022, he has served as Deputy Director of the IT Infrastructure Department at “Kapital Bank.”

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in “Computer Engineering and Management” and a Master’s degree in “Business Administration and Management” from Khazar University.
