On July 18, 2024, a meeting was held at Khazar University with the Rector of Istanbul Arel University, Prof. Dr. Ercan Gegez, Rector’s Advisor Prof. Dr. Ozgur Chengel, Deputy Director of the International Relations Office Omid Salimi Lak, and CEO of Askunicom Education Company Burak Gonul.

The meeting was attended by the Rector of Khazar University, Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, and Head of the International Relations Department Fatima Valiyeva.

At the meeting, a bilateral agreement was signed to strengthen relations, and discussions were held on enhancing partnerships and cooperation between the educational institutions. At the end of the signing ceremony, gifts were exchanged, and memory photos were taken.
