On June 12, 2024, "Times Higher Education" (THE), one of the world's most influential rating organizations, announced the "University Impact Rankings 2024," identifying the best universities worldwide for 2024 based on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. This ranking highlights universities distinguished by their social and economic contributions.

The 6th edition of the rankings includes 2152 universities from 125 countries.

Khazar University is ranked in the 601-800 range and is the only university to lead among Azerbaijani universities in 15 out of 17 SDGs.

Thus, Khazar University is ranked 101-200 in one field, 201-300 in another field, 301-400 in five fields, 401-600 in four other fields, and 601-800 in four other fields.
