Head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy on ARB24 TV

On January 10, 2024, Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy of Khazar University, joined the "What are they saying?" program of ARB24 TV via an online link. During the program, he provided commentary on recent developments related to peace negotiations. Dr. Valiyev highlighted significant progress in negotiations, attributing it to Azerbaijan's constructive efforts. He mentioned that the parties even issued a joint statement at the end of the previous year. Expressing hope for imminent peace, the political commentator emphasized the need for caution until a formal peace agreement is reached.
