An article by a professor of the Department of Mathematics in "Malaya Journal of Mathematics"

The article co-authored by Khazar University Mathematics Department professor Bilander Allahverdiyev entitled " On the dissipative conformable fractional singular Sturm-Liouville operator" in Malaya Journal of Mathematics" (2023, Vol. 11, No. 4). Note that "Malaya Journal of Mathematics" is indexed in MathSciNet (Mathematical Reviews) and Zentralblatt MATH databases.

In this study, a dissipative conformable fractional singular Sturm-Liouville operator is studied. For this operator, a completeness theorem is proved by Krein’s theorem.
