The article by Dr. Orkhan Valiyev, head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, entitled “How to Define the Presence of the Türkiye in the South Caucasus: NATO or Turkic World?” was published in the last issue of the journal “Political Reflection” (Vol. 9 / No. 4-October-September-December 2023, P. 13-15).

The article explores Türkiye's expanding presence in the region. Dr. Valiyev contends that understanding this presence requires consideration of Türkiye's role in the newly established Organization of Turkic States, along with its NATO membership.
