Water and fuel consumption is decreasing at Khazar University

As reported, the use of water and fuel at Khazar University was drastically reduced during the COVID era. But since the end of the Covid era, this use has increased again. In 2021, daily water use per person at Khazar University was 32 liters. But let's also note that this is 5 liters less than in the years before the COVID era.
