On July 18, 2023, staff members of Ardahan University of Türkiye-vice – rector Prof.Dr Mustafa Yildiz, coordinator of the Office of International Relations Dr. Doghan Saltash and assistant Nurgul Moldayeva visited Khazar university. The guests met with university rector Assoc. Prof. Irada Khalilova, vice-rector for International Relations Vlad Alex Vernygora, Public Relations and Media director Alovsat Amirbeyli and coordinator of the International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva. The meeting covered cooperation issues between the two universities.

At the end of the meeting, gifts were exchanged between the parties.
