On June 24, 2023, the head of Khazar University History and Archeology Department, Dr. Telman Nusratoghlu, commented on the statement of President Ilham Aliyev regarding Azerbaijan-Armenia relations at the opening of one of the commando military units of the Ministry of Defense to the state agency AZERTAC.
