On May 19-20, 2022, Rovshan Abbasov, Head of the Department of Geography and Environment at Khazar University, participated in a conference in Shusha entitled " Advancing Post-Conflict Humanitarian Agenda: Sustainable Development through the Revitalization of the Cultural Environment." The conference was dedicated to the issues of revitalization of the cultural environment and sustainable development in Shusha and the other liberated territories.
