Mevlana Literature and Philosophy Research Institute at Khazar University organizes research, conferences, and literary and artistic meetings on Azerbaijan and the Oriental world in general. The next such meeting took place on April 15, 2022 in the Marble Hall of the University.

The guest of the event, the chairman of the Youth Council of the Writers’ Union of Azerbaijan, poet-publicist, researcher Farid Huseyn, expressed his unique views and comments on the work of Mohammad Fuzuli, in particular, "Leyli and Majnun". At the same time, the director of the Institute, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology, Associate Professor Nazakat Mammadli spoke about the geniuses of Mohammad Fuzuli and Mevlana Rumi and recited their poems. At the end of the event, Farid Hussein recited his new poem and answered questions.
