On April 8, 2022, a training entitled “Fundamentals of Leadership” was held at Azerbaijan University as part of the “Establishing a Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan” (ECAR) Erasmus+ project in partnership with Khazar University. The training covered the following topics: "Components of individual performance", "Components of corporate performance", "Motivation", "Maslow's theory", "Herzberg's theory", "Situational leadership model", "Feedback rules", "DISC behavior model". The training was conducted by VugarJafarov, the staff member of  Azerbaijan Institute of Human Resources.

At the end of the day, the participants were awarded certificates.

Khazar University was represented at the training by Fakhranda Alimardanova, Dean of School of Science and Engineering.
