On January 6, 2022, Professor, Academician Hamlet Isaxanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, delivered a speech as a guest speaker to the students of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and George Washington University in the United States. He spoke about his experience in higher education management, the establishment and management of Khazar University, as well as world experience, and answered numerous questions from students.

His speech was widely discussed. The next meetings were planned to be held at Khazar University.
