On November 22-26, 2021, the implementation of the second component of the Erasmus + ECAR project, to which Khazar University is a partner and coordinated by Baku Business University , was dedicated to the study of the experience of the European Rectors' Conference. At this stage, the main goal is to learn from the experience of the European Rectors' Conference, which is a project partner. For this purpose, representatives of partner universities visited France on November 22-26. Thus, the meeting organized by the French Rectors' Conference (CPU) and the French Center for International Education (FEI), will provide detailed information on the French education system and the role of the French Rectors 'Conference in higher education, the organizational structure of the French Rectors' Conference, funding mechanism, membership rules, strategic goals, international relations and CPU's cooperation with other stakeholders. It is planned to visit Sarbon University to study the CPU's cooperation with universities.
