On November 8, 2021, an official reception was held in the capital of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, on the occasion of the Victory Day of Azerbaijan. The reception was attended by heads of diplomatic missions and diplomats, members of the Senate, public and political figures, representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora and members of the media.

The artistic part of the event featured works by Azerbaijani and European composers performed by Zulfiya Sadigova, Honored Teacher, Associate Professor, Pianist, Head of the Music and Art Department at Khazar University, and Ilaha Efendiyeva, Soloist of the Azerbaijan Academic Opera and Ballet Theater.
