On October 28, 2021, Department of Languages and Literature, at Khazar University organized a conference on "The Evolution of Communication: From Cave Paintings to Digital Images."

Prof. Dr. V. Dogan Gunay from the Linguistics Department, Faculty of Literature, Dokuz Eylul University, Turkey, Researcher Z. Hande Akata from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Faculty of Humanities and Literature, Ardahan University and Betul Canakpınar from Giresun University, Institute of Social Sciences Eurasian Studies delivered speeches at the conference. "What is communication?", "History of writing", "Today's communication technologies", "Artificial intelligence", "Is the man of the future free?", "New science is emerging!", "How safe are tomorrow's means of communication?" topics were explained in detail, information on big data and techno-nationalism was presented, and attitude to the issues of change and development of communication, which is one of the basic human needs, was expressed.

At the end of the conference, students' questions were answered.
