On October 16, 2021, an annual event was held in Lokbatan to commemorate Martyr Atamali Musaoglu, a master's student in clinical psychology at Khazar University. Khazar University Rector Irada Khalilova, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences Fakhranda Alimardanova, Director of Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbeyli, Director of the Psychology Center Malak Karimova, Psychology Department Teacher Ramin Allahverdiyev, Student Assembly President Ramal Guluzade and others took part in a memorial service held in the ceremony hall and visited the grave of the martyr.
