According to the agreement reached between Rasim Bayramli,  the Coordinator of the Department of Civil Engineering at  Khazar University and Nilufar Aliyeva and Sertaj Ozturk, AzFEN specialists, a six-week summer course on the Tekla Structures program was organized for fourth-year students. This course was designed for students majoring in engineering and construction who want to pursue a degree in engineering or construction, specialize, or build careers in local or foreign companies operating in the field.

Students who passed the course and passed the exam were awarded a certificate on September 17, 2021 with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and  Natural Sciences   Fakhranda Alimardanova.
