On July 15, 2021, the next virtual meeting of the Erasmus + ECAR project, to which Khazar University is a partner, was held. The meeting of this project, coordinated by Baku Business University, was attended by about 25 representatives, including project partners from Azerbaijan, as well as partners from European universities.

The project coordinator Gulshan Bayramova brought the issues on the agenda to the attention of the meeting participants and briefed on the surveys conducted within the project. After that, discussions were held on the preparation of documents for the establishment of the Rectors' Conference in Azerbaijan, the structure and legal framework of the organization.

Another issue discussed was the planning and implementation of the rectors' visits to partner European organizations within the project. It was decided to inform the project participants about the situation with the organization of visits until September.

Khazar University was represented at the meeting by Ulkar Bayramova, Director of the Teaching and Learning Center, and Sabina Guluyeva, Project Manager of the Development Center.
