On July 13, 2021, a roundtable meeting of Erasmus+ ECAR project managers, to which Khazar University is a partner, was held at Baku Business University.

The meeting of this project, which is coordinated by Baku Business University, was attended by 15 partner universities, including Baku Engineering University, Baku Higher Oil School, Baku Eurasian University, Azerbaijan University of Languages, Lankaran State University, Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, Nakhchivan University, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Azerbaijan Technical University, Azerbaijan University of Technology, Azerbaijan University, Odlar Yurdu University.

Welcoming the participants, the rector of Baku Business University, Professor Ibad Abbasov, emphasized that the project is of great importance for higher education institutions and the Rectors' Conference to be established within the project will be very useful for the future activities of higher education institutions. After the rector's speech, the project coordinator Gulshan Bayramova briefed on the conducted surveys and the issues facing the project were discussed.

Khazar University was represented at the meeting by Ulkar Bayramova, Director of Teaching and Learning Center.

Note that the main purpose of the three-year project is to further strengthen the joint activities of universities by creating the Conference of Rectors of Azerbaijan.
